How to feel GREAT.

Hello guys! Hello hi hola bonjour! 
I’m coming to you with an amazing blog post! GET READY! So, recently I’ve decided to take up the habit of having a “gratitude” list. This may sound like “ What is she talking about?” but most of you may already know. Attracting abundance in your life is actually very easy. So many people have been talking about it in recent years.
When you feel grateful for what you have instead of focusing on what you don’t have, you ATTRACT more. Believe it or not. I’ve started making a “ gratitude” list. I aim to do it every day as I start to feel much better if I’m feeling poorly. What I do is that I write down things that I’m thankful for that day. I created this list in my phone’s “ notes” section. When I get home from my holiday I will have a “gratitude notebook” where I’ll jot down everything and I’ll carry it with me.
University will start in about 10 days and I dread it. The school has already created a lot of stress for me. To wind down, I open  the Breathe app. I usually do a lot of my meditation from there and sometimes I meditate by “ 4-7-8 Breathing” exercise. Basically, you inhale while counting to 4, hold your breath till 7 and when you exhale count to 8. I do this when I’m not able to sleep at night.

Btw, fall is officially here. I’m going to the Bath and Body Works to buy some fall candles. Brb.
